I've written many short stories and thousands of devotional, even have several books started, hundreds of pages. Finally I can say I am published. I submitted a devotion to Christian and they accepted it. It was published on March 11th, 2011. It's not like I made the top 10 author list or got a contract with Simon and Schuster, but to me it is a real victory. God is faithful and gracious to me in spite of my lack of faithfulness to Him. I'm so greatful for the blood of the Lamb. It covers all my lack.

Here is the site where you can read the devotion:

Visit Spiritual Sundays for wonderful praise and worship.

Congrats! Fantastic devotional! I started my Christian life serving God because I thought it was the thing to do . . . as I grew in maturity and completely surrendered to Him, growing intimately, my serving is an outpouring of His love in my life.

Very good devotional. Yup, I agree - - - it's how the heart that loves the Lord manifests itself in the world.
Thanks for an update.

Yes Dr Bobbi, a beautifully written devotion, to the point and a good reminder that we are here to help others where we can.

In very few words you have expressed very big thoughts. Too often we pat ourselves on the back because we think we are living fairly decent lives and trying not to commit what we consider grave sins. And you named it - sins of ommission.

Congratulations! God will make sure it gets into the right hands!

Congratulations! I remember my first sell--a S.S paper. I was paid $2.53. I was over the moon.

Isn't it a blessing to share your heart with others?
